There are lots of quilt hanging systems out there. Some are better than others. I went for the cheap, sturdy, not ugly looking one. This one works great for me!

I have heard lots of advice given about making sure you are actually sewing a 1/4 inch seam. But how do you know? Do you really know?

Today I will show you how I measured my presser feet to see where the 1/4 inch actually hits them.

Generally, people always seem so impressed that I can quilt such huge quilts on my domestic machine. It does take some maneuvering, but it is totally possible. 

Here are some tricks and methods that I use.
