Bowl Cozy - Pattern Tutorial Review
The other day, my friend asked me to make her some bowl cozies. First, I had to look up what they were, then I said yes. They seem simple enough!
They are a lot like hot pot holders, except, they are shaped to fit your bowl. They have little corners that are perfect handles for lifting hot bowls of soup out of the microwave.

Serving Through Quilting - Quilt Days at LDS Hospital
On the 4th Tuesday of the month, some lovely ladies gather to work on quilts at the LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. This organization is called Quilt Days.
Mostly they do hand piecing and hand quilting. This is where I went to learn how to hand quilt.
