As part of my local quilt guild, I participated in a block of the month with them. I really love this quilt because I have backyard chickens!
We used the Chicken Chatter pattern by Lizzie B Creative. Each month we would make a couple chickens.
Here are a couple of the finished blocks.
I really wanted to get it done by December, so I took it with me to the kid's lessons to get some work done.
Here is the final result! I decided not to do the decorative border, but I love the fabric for the border and back. It looks like chicken wire!
